Dra. Melva Nababan has more than thirty years of professional experiences including the past twenty years as Chief executive Officer (CEO) of Osana International.
Educated in New Zealand, Singapore, and of course, Indonesia (where she graduated from the University of Indonesia in 1983). Melva has traveled to and/or worked in more than twenty countries as Osana’s CEO, she has fulfilled the responsibility of managing Osana successful completion of more than 200 professional assignments, financed by the ADB, World Bank and USAID, in Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines, and Eastern Europe (Kosovo).
Some of projects that she has managed over the past 20 years are: Infrastructure Reform Sector Development Program (IRSDP) Technical Advisory Services (TAS), ADB Loan 2264-INO, Earthquake and Tsunami Emergency Support Project (ETESP), Aceh Technical Assistance Recovery Project (USAID A-TARP-Task Order RFP No.: 05-012, Indonesia), Gender Responsive Public Policy and Administration, ADB TA 4479-INO, Indonesia,ADB and Ministry of Women Empowerment, Promotion of Good Governance and Indonesia Anticorruption Efforts, etc.
